In A Winter Surprise your students will explore the short-i sound spelled with the letter i and the long-i sound spelled with the letters i_e or igh. Your students will read, write and organize words by the spelling of their i sound. They will also write words that fit into sets of letter boxes and then find the challenge words that match each picture.
